10-year symposium of SIMSAM 16 May 2018 – registration deadline 25 April

By the end of 2018 SIMSAM has been active for 10 years. This will be acknowledged by a free open national one-day symposium in Stockholm 16 May reflecting on how the achievements and experiences of SIMSAM and other parties engaged in register-based research can help develop register-based research in Sweden in the future.

In addition to SIMSAM presentations, challenges and possibilities related to register-based research will be highlighted by members of the scientific advisory board of SIMSAM and by representatives of the National Board of Health and Welfare, Statistics Sweden and the Swedish National Data Service. Researchers who want to present and receive input on their studies can participate in the poster sessions which will be held during breaks and after the last session.
